. I just wanted you to know that ABG has become a permanent fixture on my bedside table and it now sits on top of my Baby Love book (and I thought that was informative) but the Baby Guide has so much more. It’s so relevant to a first time mum who is experiencing everything with her baby for the first time. Gay "From pregnancy to playgroup and tantrums to terrible twos, this fantastic guide will get you through all aspects of your baby's life up until age three. With a detailed reference guide and helpful advice from experienced mums, Australian Baby Guide is sure to answer any questions you may have about your baby." Mother & Baby magazine, April/May 2009
OMG how good is it ... you must be so proud! I think ABG is an invaluable resource and every new mum should have one. Elizabeth LOVE the new ABG book. Congratulations. The whole book is so well laid out and interesting with relevant sections and a good balance of info, resources, products etc. Shelley, National Childcare Accreditation Council
I am a Child and Family Health Nurse in Adelaide. One of my clients that I visit at home with her baby has bought your book the Australian Baby Guide. She has also had some of her thoughts regarding her parenting experience published in the book. In her published work she talks about our service and the support she has received from the service. This client receives a particular program in the home where we visit for 2 years and I am the nurse who visits. This positive feedback and wonderful publicity for our service was fed back to my manager who fed it back to the CEO of the Children’s and Women’s Health Service where I work.
Congratulations, ABG looks and feels wonderful. We are extremely
thrilled to have so many mentions. The editorial is great, extremely
important, valuable information for your readers. I am sure it will
sell like hot cakes and how exciting it will be in Big W and the other
major chains! The Australian Baby Guide is a mumburger with the lot. Kaz Cooke Well done! I’m so very impressed with the Australian Baby Guide. You must be extremely proud and excited. The new look is fantastic. The layout is clean and fresh and it’s very enticing. Alex I just read Dog Poo on the Pram Wheels at work and was laughing so hard and so loud I was crying and my stomach muscles hurt ... WHAT A BOOK!! It was soooo comforting to realise other Mums go through the EXACT same thing and seeing it put into humour was FANTASTIC!!! Thank you Penny for making my day. I'm getting it for all my sisters, even my step-sister and sister-in-law! Haven't laughed so hard in all my life! Will save for my daughter to read one day AFTER children change HER life FOREVER!!! XXX Tammie I want to congratulate you on such an amazing book – I use my old copy weekly as a reference. The contacts available through The Nappy Bag Book are the best I have ever found anywhere! Crissty I have just been looking through The Nappy Bag Book yet again and it really is a credit to you and your team. It is a brilliant publication. Julia Sundin, Pre-natal Educator Thank you for The Nappy Bag Book. It is fantastic – a wealth of information all in one. I can’t seem to put the book down. Nada I buy your books as gifts all the time, and love the new one, particularly as I am just about to have my second child, with a 3yo little boy already. The first time I came across Dog Poo on the Pram Wheels in the bookshop I laughed out loud. I think they actually become a lot funnier when you have already been through most of it, because you realise how true they are! Rebecca The Nappy Bag Book is a great source of information that you can quickly and easily locate if you have a question or query regarding something about you and your young child. Felicity I enjoyed Dog Poo on the Tricycle Wheels very much. Some scenarios are so familiar, it feels like you must be spying on us! Just goes to show that mums everywhere share some very common bonds. Karen Thanks for The Nappy Bag Book – there is some great information in it. I would have loved to have had this book just before I went on maternity leave (all the new baby info is great). As my daughter is now 2 we have gone through the real baby stage but there is still some fabulous info for toddlers in it. I will be sharing the book with my sister who has a 5 month old baby. Roslyn I’ve used my sister-in-law’s book a fair bit and I love it – now I have my own copy. I think it’s invaluable, every mum should have one. Zana
Thanks for publishing such a wonderful and useful book. I've only just bought it, and have discovered many great, innovative and usable products that I never knew existed. R. Gray
I just wanted to thank you for compiling The Nappy Bag Book. I was recommended it by a friend when I was pregnant. I bought the book last year and I feel it was the best investment. I love that it has information relevant for expectant parents and for parents of children of all ages. It's such a fantastic resource and one that I refer to regularly. But what I appreciate most about it is that it's not just one of those reference books that you keep on the shelf. I keep the book with me! M. Haldun |
